Role Overview This is a critical leadership role supporting PepsiCo's upcoming Greenfield Foods manufacturing project and subsequently leading the Maintenance & Reliability function for the live plant.

The role will be responsible for:

- End-to-end Greenfield project execution
- Civil, Structural, MEP, Utilities and Process-line construction management
- Engineering commissioning and handover
- Maintenance & Reliability management of plant assets post commissioning
- Utility systems, sustainability initiatives, renewable energy, ZLD and IGBC projects
- TPM, asset care, reliability engineering, RCA and SAP-PM systems
- Building and leading the Engineering & Maintenance team

Key Requirements

- Engineering Degree (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Strong Greenfield/Brownfield project execution experience
- Experience in Food, Beverage, FMCG,



Manufacturing or Process Industries
- Expertise in Utilities, MEP, HVAC, WTP/ETP/ZLD, Refrigeration, Warehousing and Asset Reliability
- Experience in Maintenance Systems, TPM, Reliability Engineering and SAP-PM
- Strong contractor, vendor and stakeholder management skills
