- 35 years of experience in PEB/structural steel fabrication and production supervision.
- Hands-on experience in cutting, drilling, welding, fit-up, assembly and fabrication of PEB components.
- Experience working with CNC plasma/oxy-fuel cutting, drilling and fabrication machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and structural drawings.
- Experience in production planning, material utilization and workflow management.
- Knowledge of welding quality, dimensional inspection and fabrication tolerances.
- Experience in coordinating fabricators, welders, machine operators and helpers.
- Ability to monitor daily production targets, quality, safety and delivery schedules.
- Experience in material identification, handling and shop-floor management.
- Good coordination with production engineers, quality team and project/site teams.Role & responsibilities
