Job Summary:

We are looking for Layout Engineer having overall 6 to 8 Years of experience in PCB Layout Design Engineer with High Speed Interfaces using Allegro & Altium tool. Designed PCBs with the interfaces like STM32 MCU, SOM, USB 3.0, Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI for display and Camera This position is responsible for all related to Multilayer with Rigid and Rigid flex & High- speed PCB Design, Schematic Drafting, Co-ordination activities with team and client.

- Design multilayer PCBs, including rigid and rigid-flex boards.
- Create PCB footprints in compliance with IPC standards.
- Develop high-speed PCB designs with signal integrity considerations.
- Apply and manage design constraints effectively throughout the PCB layout process.
- Layer stackup planning 6.



Create schematic symbols and perform schematic drafting using both flat and hierarchical design methodologies.
- Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare complete manufacturing deliverables for PCB fabrication and assembly.
- Utilize CAM350 for design verification, analysis, and manufacturing checks.
- Perform reverse engineering from Gerber data to PCB layouts.
- Creepage and clearance standards.

Essential Skillset:

- Designed PCBs with the interfaces like STM32 MCU, SOM, USB 3.0, Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI for display and Camera
- chematic creation / Entry (flat and hierarchy mode) using Pads logic, Footprint (Library Creation)
- Board outline and mechanicals, Importing Net list, Component Placement, PCB Routing, Post processing and Gerber settings
- Layer stack up calculation and knowledge on keeping layer structure for highspeed designs.
- Experience of working with design constraints for Hi-Speed digital and analogue routing.
- Knowledge of EMI, EMC and Creepage clearance for High voltage designs.
- Solid understanding of layout techniques for good Signal Integrity and on IPC Standards.
- Positive knowledge of component packages.
- Experience of working with design constraints for Hi-Speed digital and analogue routing.
- Must have good communication skills (read/write)

Desirable Skillset

- Other ECAD tools- Pads vx2.1; Kicad
- Having Pads logic and layout experience.
- Play the individual role with clients while designing.
- Understanding the requirements of Layout and explore the challenges and suggestions.
- Migrating the designs between the tools.
