About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

- Define and drive the payments strategy across processing, card migration, data migration, implementation, and reconciliation.

- Lead end-to-end implementation of new payment rails, processors, card programs, and payment platform transitions.

- Own card migration initiatives, including processor switches, BIN transitions, and network changes, while minimizing business and customer disruption.

- Oversee payments data migration covering transactions, customer profiles, and tokens, ensuring accuracy, security, and completeness.

- Manage reconciliation and settlement processes across payment systems and ledgers, identifying gaps and driving resolution.

- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reconciliation processes while maintaining alignment across systems and financial ledgers.

- Act as the key connection point between Business, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams during payment implementation and migration programs.

- Manage relationships with payment processors, card networks, banking partners, and third-party vendors throughout implementation and migration initiatives.

- Establish program governance, timelines, milestones, and success metrics for payment migration and implementation programs.

- Provide regular program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and progress updates to leadership.

- Lead migration activities through planning, execution, cutover, stabilization, and post-implementation support.

- Ensure payment implementations and migrations maintain accuracy, security, operational continuity, and reconciliation integrity.

- Manage functional activities across payment processing flows, settlement cycles, reconciliation practices,



and payment platform workflows.

- Support functional validation of payment platforms and reconciliation tools without requiring coding activities.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage migration dependencies, implementation activities, operational issues, and cutover requirements.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment processor transitions, card migrations, data migrations, and reconciliation activities.

- Operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments while maintaining focus on program objectives and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or banking with exposure to payment processing, migration, implementation, and reconciliation.

- Proven experience leading large-scale payment migration and implementation programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, cutover, and stabilization.

- Strong understanding of payment processing flows, settlement cycles, and reconciliation practices.

- Hands-on functional experience with payment platforms and reconciliation tools.

- Experience working with card networks, payment processors, and banking partners.

- Strong stakeholder management and program leadership experience across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies across business, finance, operations, and technology functions.

- Strong understanding of payment migration and implementation governance, including timelines, success metrics, and leadership reporting.





Nice to Have

- Experience with BIN sponsor migrations and core processor transitions.

- Familiarity with reconciliation and ledger automation tools.

- Exposure to payments compliance frameworks, including PCI-DSS and scheme rules.

- Experience working with network/scheme mandates and payment compliance requirements.
