Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce / ServiceMax Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, ServiceMax implementation, solution design, and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions.
- Design technical solutions and prepare effort estimations for complex business requirements.
- Develop, configure, customize, test, and deploy Salesforce and ServiceMax applications.
- Design and implement ServiceMax SFM Transactions, Wizards, Service Board, Dispatch Console, and Mobile solutions.
- Develop custom business logic using Apex, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/ServiceMax and external enterprise applications.
- Implement real-time and batch optimization models for work-order scheduling and field service operations.




- Develop solutions for Product and Material Management within the ServiceMax ecosystem.
- Configure Salesforce security and access controls, including Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, and Validation Rules.
- Configure and enhance field technician solutions using ServiceMax Go / Mobile Console.

Tech Stack:

- Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Async Apex, SOQL, SOSL, ServiceMax SFM, Dispatch Console, Service Board, Optimax, Mobile Console.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, consulting, implementation, or technical delivery.
- Solid hands-on experience with ServiceMax / Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Experience in solution architecture, technical design, estimation, and end-to-end delivery.
- Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce development teams.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder) and ServiceMax Admin certification preferred.
