We are looking for a Patient Care Manager to manage patient follow-ups, encourage patients for clinic visits, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing and potential patients through calls.
- Convince and motivate patients for clinic visits and consultations.
- Explain treatment plans, services, and Ayurveda medicines to patients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with patients and update records.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for patient requirements.
- Handle patient queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and patient conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in patient care, telecalling, healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and English required; Marathi preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
