- The Patient Care Executive will help patients and attendants navigate Thind Eye Hospital smoothly from arrival to completion of their visit
- The executive will greet patients, understand their immediate requirements, guide them between registration, optometry, diagnostics, consultation, counselling, billing, pharmacy and optical services and coordinate assistance for elderly, paediatric, visually impaired or otherwise vulnerable patients
- A key responsibility is monitoring waiting areas and patient flow, identifying delays or confusion and working with the relevant department to provide timely updates
- The candidate will communicate in a respectful and reassuring manner, answer non-clinical questions using approved information and direct clinical concerns to authorised professionals

- They will collect patient feedback, record compliments and complaints, support immediate service recovery where permitted and escalate significant issues to the supervisor
- The role may include appointment confirmation, follow-up coordination, assistance with forms and consents,



wheelchair support arrangements and communication with attendants
- The executive must maintain confidentiality, follow patient-identification and safety procedures and never disclose or interpret clinical information beyond the assigned role

- Daily documentation may include patient-support logs, waiting-time observations, complaint trackers and feedback summaries

- Candidates should be empathetic, observant, calm under pressure and able to communicate in Punjabi, Hindi and basic English

- Good grooming, teamwork, punctuality and basic computer knowledge are required

- Experience in a hospital, hotel, airline, retail or other high-contact service setting will be useful
- The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys helping people and can balance warmth with efficient coordination, thereby improving patient satisfaction and supporting a respectful, organised and patient-centred hospital workplace
