Core Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Set long-term goals and direct the company's vision and business plans.
- Leadership: Guide and oversee senior executives and department heads (such as the COO and CFO).
- Operations Oversight: Monitor financial performance, budget allocation, and profit-and-loss (P&L;) statements.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as the main public face of the company for investors, media, and partners.
- Board Accountability: Report directly to the Board of Directors and implement approved policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record as a senior executive or in a prior top leadership role.
- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and market dynamics.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to see the big picture and manage corporate risks effectively

Positive Remuneration will be Provided (Profit Basis)

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
