- Supervise daily packing, labeling and dispatch activities.

- Manage packaging manpower and allocate work efficiently.

- Ensure proper handling and packaging of plated/surface-treated components.

- Maintain packaging quality, quantity and dispatch schedules.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores & Dispatch teams.

- Monitor packaging materials and maintain stock requirements.

- Ensure workplace 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.

- Packaging supervision, preferably from plating, electroplating, surface treatment or manufacturing industry.
