We are looking for a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with strong experience in the Wealth Management domain and hands-on expertise in Test Master Automation. The candidate will be responsible for testing and supporting Wealth Management applications, with a focus on Avaloq and ensuring application quality, stability, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Wealth Management Tool / Avaloq Tester supporting Wealth Management initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create, manage, and maintain test assets and execute test cases.
- Perform test automation using Test Master.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely identification and resolution of defects.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Support testing activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Prepare test reports, dashboards, and relevant quality metrics where required.
- Ensure effective defect tracking, test management, and timely project delivery.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in the Wealth Management domain.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Test Master Automation.
- Experience in Avaloq / Wealth Management application testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Valuable knowledge of defect management and test management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with test reporting, dashboards, and metrics analysis.
- Exposure to application testing and Quality Engineering practices.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar project management/testing tools.
Educational Qualification 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
