We required 4 OT Technician for Operation Theatre.

Pre-Operative Responsibilities (Before Surgery)

- Room Preparation: Clean, sterilize, and organize the operating room and surgical tables.
- Equipment Check: Ensure all surgical tools, lights, suction machines, and monitors work correctly.
- Sterilization: Autoclave and sterilize instruments to prevent patient infections.
- Patient Support: Verify patient details and help position patients on the operating table.

Intra-Operative Responsibilities (During Surgery)

- Instrument Handing: Pass sterile surgical tools and supplies to surgeons and nurses quickly.
- Machine Operation: Monitor and operate key medical and anesthesia equipment.
- Vitals Tracking: Watch patient vital signs and assist the anesthetist as needed.
- Safety Counts: Keep an accurate count of sponges, needles, and instruments.

Post-Operative Responsibilities (After Surgery)

- Cleanup:



Safely dispose of biomedical waste and hazardous materials.
- Instrument Care: Collect, clean, and re-sterilize used surgical instruments.
- Patient Transfer: Help move the patient safely to the recovery room.
- Restocking: Prepare and restock the theatre for the next procedure.
