Key Responsibilities

- Manage OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb, Booking .com, etc.
- Handle room bookings, cancellations, modifications and guest queries.
- Manage room rates, inventory, offers and availability across all OTAs.
- Plan and update last-minute deals and promotional offers to improve occupancy.
- Monitor competitor rates and market trends.
- Ensure OTA listings, room details, photos and pricing are updated.
- Coordinate with the hotel/reservation team regarding room availability.
- Prepare basic reports on bookings, occupancy and OTA performance.
- Resolve booking-related issues with OTA partners.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in OTA / Hotel Reservations / Revenue Management preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple OTA platforms independently.
- Hotel/hospitality industry experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
