Detailed JD: Description Global HR and Payroll Functional Lead

- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, statutory compliance, and payroll best practices.

- Responsible for payroll process design, configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, and stakeholder management across the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient payroll solutions while providing functional leadership -

- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, Quick Formulas, and payroll integrations is required.
