Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant roles with different specializations Modules.

Must have done at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects in the respective HCM functional modules .

1. HCM-Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and working on Conversion Mapping for Recruiting objects.
- Solid experience in Recruiting processes, Candidate Experience, Job Requisitions, Job Offers, Candidate Management, and Recruiting Workflows.
- Experience in configuration, testing, data migration, and production support for ORC implementations.

2. HCM-Talent & Learning Functional Consultant:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong experience in Talent & Learning.
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and working on Conversion Mapping for Talent and Learning objects.
- Strong experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Oracle Learning.
- Experience in configuration, testing, data migration,



and production support for Talent & Learning implementations.

3. HCM-Benefits Functional Consultant:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong experience in Oracle Benefits.
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and working on Conversion Mapping for Benefits objects.
- Strong experience in Benefits configuration, Plans, Programs, Eligibility Profiles, Rates, Life Events, and Benefits Enrollment.
- Experience in configuration, testing, data migration, and production support for Oracle Benefits implementations.

4. HCM-Helpdesk Functional Consultant:

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong experience in Oracle HR Help Desk.
- Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and working on Conversion Mapping for Help Desk-related objects.
- Strong experience in HR Help Desk, Service Requests, HR Knowledge Management, Digital Assistant, Queues, Categories, and Approval Workflows.
- Experience in configuration, testing, integrations, data migration, and production support for Oracle HCM Help Desk implementations.
