As a Senior Associate, you will work as an Oracle Fusion HCM Learning Management functional consultant, combining strong hands-on configuration skills with client-facing delivery responsibilities across implementation, enhancement and production support engagements.

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Learning across learning catalog, courses, offerings, activities, specializations, assignments, access and learner records.
- Participate in client requirement and design discussions, understand learning processes and translate business requirements into effective Oracle configuration.
- Own functional incidents, service requests and enhancements from analysis through resolution, including troubleshooting, testing and coordination with Oracle Support when required.
- Prepare and maintain configuration workbooks, functional design documents, process flows,



test scripts and other delivery documentation.
- Support data conversion / HDL activities, learning content setup, learner history updates and functional validation of integrations and reports.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT and regression testing, assess quarterly Oracle release impacts and help drive production readiness.
- Work closely with Core HR, Talent, Security, Integrations and Reporting teams to resolve cross-functional issues and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Support SLA / KPI adherence, provide transparent status updates, identify risks and escalations, and mentor junior consultants where required.
