We are seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions based on business requirements.
- Provide functional support across Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Self-Service, and Compensation modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM configurations.
- Support Oracle HCM integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with clients, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and support.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration specifications, and test scenarios.
- Participate in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Provide production support and resolve Oracle HCM-related issues within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, quarterly releases, and best practices.




- Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
