A4Staffing is looking for a motivated and result-oriented OPT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in US IT recruitment, strong candidate engagement skills, and the ability to drive candidates successfully through the recruitment and placement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified H1B, STEM OPT USC, GC, and H4 EAD candidates (IT & NON IT )
- Valuable hold in filling bench both on C2C & Full time (FTM)
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
- Establish strong relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews, interview preparation, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Maintain candidate interest and commitment until successful placement.
- Understand candidate profiles, experience, skills, availability, and job preferences.
- Negotiate effectively and address candidate concerns during the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the Bench Sales and Marketing teams for smooth placement handoffs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
Required Skills
- 312 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and work authorization.
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, follow-up, and candidate relationship skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Team-handling experience is an added advantage.
