We are looking for a detail-oriented & experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team at our Corporate Office in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have 35 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable processes, with a strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, payment processing, accounting entries, GST/TDS compliance, and month-end closing activities.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Good understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment cycles.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS applicable to vendor transactions.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
- Experience in handling vendor ledgers, ageing, advances, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.




- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple invoices and priorities within defined timelines.
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Solid MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and basic data analysis.
- Experience working on an ERP/accounting system is required; exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay / Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment will be an advantage.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in managing the complete Accounts Payable cycle.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant professional qualifications or additional Finance & Accounts certifications will be preferred.
