Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of our gift voucher business. The role will be responsible for managing vendor partnerships, ensuring smooth issuance and redemption of gift vouchers, maintaining operational controls, and driving process efficiency while delivering a seamless customer and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of digital gift vouchers, including issuance, activation, redemption, reconciliation, and expiry management

- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal SLAs

- Coordinate with merchant partners, aggregators, and service providers to ensure uninterrupted voucher availability and redemption support

- Monitor inventory, settlement cycles, breakage, and financial reconciliations in collaboration with Finance teams

- Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and risk areas; implement process improvements and automation wherever possible

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, audit requirements, and internal control standards

- Handle operational escalations, partner issues, and customer complaints with a resolution-focused approach

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational insights for leadership reviews





- Support new partner onboarding, product launches, and system integrations from an operations standpoint

- Lead and mentor the operations team, setting clear goals and performance expectations

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of gift voucher / gift card operations, prepaid instruments, or fintech operations

- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills

- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience in reconciliations, settlements, and operational reporting

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace

- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tools; exposure to ERP or voucher management systems is a plus

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field

- 5–8 years of experience in operations, preferably in gift vouchers, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or loyalty solutions

- Prior experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders is preferred
