- Support Executive (E-Commerce) – Flanq Retail Location : Remote / Hybrid (India) Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Experience : 1.5-2 years, preferred in e-commerce ops / logistics support, Or you should be a fast learner Salary : ₹17000–₹2000/month What You’ll Do You’ll be the heartbeat of our order fulfillment and post-order customer experience — working directly with our tools and partners (like Shiprocket) to keep things smooth, fast, and under control.

Daily Responsibilities: Schedule shipments on Logistics as new orders come in Share labels with our warehouse team for timely dispatch Monitor and handle RTOs proactively — check status, take preventive actions Manage NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) daily: contact customers, update Logistics Create escalation tickets on Logistics for delayed shipments, RTO mishandling, and delivery issues Handle basic customer support (email / WhatsApp): respond to queries, resolve delivery issues Coordinate internally to ensure smooth operations You Should Have Hands-on experience with Logistics ,

- COD operations Strong attention to detail and follow-ups Positive communication skills (English Hindi preferred) Reliability — we value consistency more than clocked hours Daily NDR Calls And Order Related Calls Bonus If You’ve Done This Before Worked in a D2C brand or with Shopify stores Handled RTO, NDR, and shipping escalations Used WhatsApp Business or support tools like Freshdesk, DelightChat, etc.
