Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operations Manager role based in Hyderabad.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day service delivery operations, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and adherence to company standards across all home and commercial service categories.

Responsibilities include managing local operational teams and partner networks, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing schedules, and resolving operational issues in real time. The role involves collaborating closely with product and support teams to improve processes,



implement operational best practices, and drive efficiency through data-informed decisions.

The Operations

Manager will also be responsible for training and supporting service professionals, maintaining compliance with policies and safety guidelines, and contributing to the scalable growth of Spiffy’s Hyderabad operations.

Qualifications

- Operations and process management skills, including experience in service delivery, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in training, coaching, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and make sound decisions under time constraints.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with partners and internal teams.
- Comfort with technology platforms, scheduling tools, and dashboards used in tech-enabled service businesses.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, field management, or relevant service industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility to manage operations during peak hours and occasionally on weekends or holidays.
