TrueBlue assigns as many as 100,000 people to work each day, drawing from a data base of hundreds of thousands of candidates, and places more than 250,000 people in permanent positions each year. /n Role Overview /n We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing recruitment delivery team in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment. This role will have end-to-end ownership of operational performance, team productivity, service delivery, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead and manage team, driving performance, engagement, productivity, and professional development.

/n

- Own the recruitment delivery function end-to-end, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, SLA, and operational targets.

/n

- Monitor key performance indicators and implement appropriate action plans to address performance gaps.

/n

- Participate in business reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder discussions,



providing operational insights and updates to senior stakeholders.

/n

- Manage escalations and complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.

/n

- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement, and implement process optimization, automation, and workflow enhancements.

/n

- Coach and mentor team members, build leadership capability, and develop succession plans and career growth opportunities.

/n

- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-quality service delivery.

/n

- Support change management initiatives and ensure effective implementation of current processes and operational strategies.

/n

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness across recruitment operations.

/n /n Required Qualifications & Experience /n /n

- Experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment operations, or another high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.

/n

- Strong experience in people management, performance management, coaching, and team development.

/n

- Demonstrated experience managing business reviews, escalations, and senior stakeholder interactions.

/n

- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational metrics, preferably within an RPO environment.

/n

- Hands-on experience in process improvement, automation, workflow optimization, or cost-efficiency initiatives.

/n

- Experience in team building, succession planning, and managing organizational or process changes.
