Check incoming flower/material deliveries from vendors for quality and quantity Keep daily records of stock and any wastage/damage Coordinate with store staff to keep orders moving on time Send a short daily update to management on orders, deliveries, and any issues Handle general day-to-day support across the store as needed Track and log customer orders Coordinate flower and gift deliveries with our delivery partners, and follow up on any delays Open and close the store, and support walk-in customers when needed What We're Looking For Bike and Laptop are Mandatory Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel/Google Sheets Good communication in Hindi, and English with Telugu Preferred. Organized, dependable, and comfortable being on your feet in a retail workplace Willingness to work across our Narsingi, Kokapet and Gachibowli stores Prior experience in a store, restaurant, logistics, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
