We’re looking for a proactive, sharp, and highly resourceful Operations Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, identify problems independently, and figure out solutions without needing step-by-step instructions.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just wait for a task to be assigned. You should be able to spot what needs to be done, research how to do it, find the right people/resources when required, and get it done.

You’ll work across operations, research, product-related tasks, and external resource management in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Work On

- Manage and update product listings and operational information across platforms
- Organize, maintain, and analyze operational data using Excel/Google Sheets
- Conduct market, competitor, product, and trend research
- Identify gaps or problems in existing processes and take ownership of solving them
- Manage and improve day-to-day operational workflows
- Find and hire the right freelancers, designers, creators, or other resources through platforms such as Fiverr, Behance, and other relevant platforms
- Evaluate freelancers/resources based on their portfolio, pricing, quality, and suitability for the requirement
- Coordinate with external resources and ensure work is delivered on time
- Support social media research, trend tracking,



and content research when required
- Take up ad-hoc operational projects and independently figure out the best way to execute them

What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in operations, business operations, project coordination, or a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Someone who identifies problems instead of waiting to be told about them
- Highly resourceful and independent — comfortable figuring things out on their own
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets and data organization
- Strong research skills and ability to find reliable information quickly
- Comfortable evaluating and working with freelancers and external vendors
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital platforms is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
