- Ensure the timely and efficient sourcing of materials required for production. Maintain stock levels to ensure availability of raw material.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost-effective logistics partners. Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes and minimize costs & delays.
- Create production and dispatch schedules and targets to production team based on incoming orders and client requirement.
- Oversee the dispatch process to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in full.
- Coordinate with quality control team to ensure every dispatch is as per standard quality, packaging and quantity.
- Update clients regarding their order status to avoid any delays and build long lasting relationships.
- Ensure that all operational activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Analyze and streamline operational processes to improve overall efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum academic qualification should be a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· A high level of energy, honesty, commitment and accountability is essential and required.
- A go-getter, who can set targets and work within the parameters of the company to achieve them.
- Willing to learn and have a proactive and positive attitude towards different kinds of work.
- Good oral and written communication skills and a working knowledge of computers.
