Responsibilities

- The position is in the Operations Team for handling the day-to-day BAU activities of BNPL

Product.

- Processing & adherence to all SLAs at various stages of the operations to ensure seamless BAU.
- Ensure that there is an understanding of the Bank Reconciliation process and ensure for a smooth Reconciliation and settlement process as per Timelines.
- Collaborate extensively with internal & external stakeholders for smooth processing of daily

BAU/Managing Stakeholders-Merchants and Vendors.

- To work on process improvement and strategic initiatives that affect daily BAU operations.

Provide support in designing the operational process

- Deliver process efficiency and improve the overall customer experience while ensuring strong controls and governance of both outsourced and inhouse activities.
- Managing and publishing required MIS related to the Process.

Requirements

- Person must have understanding of Financial operations.
- This position requires attention to detail, a sense of ownership.
- Solid planning, organizational and analytical skills
