WE’RE HIRING | Operations Coordinator

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

Industry Preference: Logistics / Import-Export / Freight Forwarding / Courier

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator with solid experience in team handling, logistics operations, client coordination, cold calling, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be confident in managing daily operational activities, coordinating with clients and vendors, supervising team members, and actively contributing to business development and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operational activities and delegate tasks among the operations team
- Monitor team performance and ensure a smooth workflow
- Prepare Air Waybills (AWB) and freight quotations
- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding quotations, bookings, and shipment tracking
- Handle cold calling and telecalling for new lead generation and client onboarding
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to generate business
- Maintain regular vendor communication and resolve service-related issues
- Manage customer compliance, licensing, and documentation




- Maintain daily/weekly CRM and internal records
- Guide and mentor team members on operational and documentation standards

Requirements

✔ 3–5 years of experience in Logistics / Import-Export / Freight Forwarding

✔ Prior team handling experience is required

✔Strong experience in cold calling, telecalling, lead generation, and client follow-ups

✔ Knowledge of AWB, freight quotations, shipment coordination, and documentation

✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

✔ Good command of MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email etiquette

✔Strong coordination, multitasking, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
