Monfiora is a 3D air freshener lifestyle brand present across India, UAE, and Malaysia. We're growing rapid and looking for driven individuals to join our team in Kozhikode.

Role Overview

We're looking for someone to own the full operational loop — from order processing to customer communication to final delivery. This role is central to how smoothly Monfiora runs day to day.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operations, order processing, and dispatch
- Manage inventory and stock tracking
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email
- Resolve order issues, delays, and complaints promptly




- Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely delivery
- Track shipments and update customers on order status
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed

Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable handling customer conversations directly
- Basic knowledge of logistics/courier coordination is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Candidates must be based in Calicut (Kozhikode) or nearby locality
- Fresher or experienced candidates welcome
