- Handle client enquiries, venue visits, negotiations, and booking closures.

- Develop business through weddings, corporate events, social functions, and local partnerships.

- Oversee complete event execution and ensure smooth venue operations.

- Coordinate with Banquet, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Security, and other teams.

- Manage guest/client requirements and resolve operational issues.

- Supervise staff, maintain discipline, and ensure premium hospitality standards.

- Track sales, bookings, collections, and operational reports.

- Develop local business relationships with wedding planners, corporates, and event vendors.
