At Hindustan Distilleries, the Operations & CRM Executive sits right at the intersection of Operations, Customer Relationships and Sales coordination. It's the role that keeps everything moving smoothly from the inside — and it's central to how we serve our customers and grow.

? Location: Head Office, Ahilyanagar

? Openings: 2 positions

? What you'll own:

→ Order collection, processing & dispatch coordination

→ Trip planning and warehouse coordination

→ Customer relations & calling — building genuine trust with our trade partners

→ Payment follow-ups and collections

→ Reporting, MIS & coordination with the field sales team

✅ What we're looking for:

- 2–5 years in CRM, operations, customer service or back-office sales support
- Organised, detail-oriented, and calm while juggling multiple things at once
- Confident and warm on the phone




- Comfortable with Excel and CRM tools
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English
