Role Purpose The Operational Insights Analyst forms part of the GCC-based Operational Insights team, providing analytical support that helps Care ADHD make informed, data-driven operational decisions.

Working closely with the Operational Insights Manager and stakeholders across the UK and India, the role is responsible for analysing operational data, identifying trends and opportunities, supporting forecasting and capacity planning activities, and producing insights that improve operational performance across the organisation.

This is not a dashboard development role. While the analyst will support reporting and dashboard development, the primary focus is understanding what the data is telling us, identifying actionable opportunities, and helping operational leaders make better decisions.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems through data, can work independently on defined analytical challenges, and is motivated by understanding how a rapidly scaling organisation operates.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Performance Analysis

- Analyse operational performance data across service delivery, client services, clinical operations and support functions.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, risks and opportunities within operational processes and patient journeys.
- Support investigations into operational problems by gathering, analysing and interpreting relevant data.
- Produce analysis that helps leaders understand performance drivers and operational outcomes.
- Monitor key operational metrics and escalate significant findings appropriately.

Business Insights & Decision Support

- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Support operational and departmental leaders with ad hoc analysis and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, productivity and patient experience.
- Provide analytical support for resource planning, forecasting and capacity management activities.
- Contribute to business cases and improvement initiatives through data-led recommendations.

Cross-functional Partnerships

- Work closely with OpEx, PMO, Data, Product and operational teams.
- Support process improvement and transformation projects through analytical input.




- Measure and track the impact of operational improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to benefits realisation reporting and performance monitoring.

Reporting & Visualisation

- Support the development and maintenance of operational reporting, dashboards and performance metrics.
- Work with the Data team and Operational Insights Manager to improve reporting capabilities.
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, meaningful and focused on supporting decisions.
- Help develop consistent reporting standards and definitions across departments.
- Support self-service reporting initiatives where appropriate.

Data Quality & Governance

- Support the maintenance of high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify data quality issues and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Ensure analytical outputs comply with governance, confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Handle healthcare and operational data responsibly and securely.
- Contribute to the development of analytical documentation and audit trails where required.

Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve analytical processes, reporting methods and data utilisation.
- Contribute ideas that improve the effectiveness of the Operational Insights function.
- Stay up to date with analytical tools, techniques and best practices.
- Support the development of scalable analytical approaches as the organisation continues to grow.

Essential Experience

- 25 years' experience in operational analytics, business analytics, reporting, performance improvement or a related field.
- Experience working within a GCC, shared services or multinational workplace supporting overseas stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience working with operational or business performance data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including analysis of large datasets.
- Working knowledge of SQL or equivalent data querying tools.
- Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong, clear and confident written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Desirable Experience

- Prior experience in healthtech, healthcare, BPO, financial services, consulting or other operationally complex environments.
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to forecasting, capacity planning or workforce management analysis.
- Understanding of data governance, information security and regulatory considerations.
- Experience working with large operational datasets in fast-growing organisations.
