Job Summary

We are looking for a practical, hands-on Operations Manager / Supervisor to lead our daily packing and scanning team. In this role, you will directly manage a ground team of 60 packing and scanning staff, ensuring that daily dispatch targets are met smoothly and accurately. The ideal candidate is a strong, fair leader who can manage a large group on the floor, while handling basic computer work like updating tracking sheets and sending daily email updates.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor Team Management: Direct, organize, and monitor a daily shift of 60 packing and scanning boys to ensure a high-speed, error-free workflow.
- Packing & Scanning Oversight: Ensure all incoming and outgoing items are accurately scanned into the system and packed securely according to company standards.
- Daily Attendance & Planning: Manage the team's daily attendance, assign shift duties,



and resolve any behavioral or performance issues on the floor.
- Basic Data Tracking: Maintain daily dispatch counts, inventory logs, and performance metrics using basic MS Excel.
- Daily Communication: Write and send daily summary emails to upper management regarding the day's total dispatches, pending tasks, or operational issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 10-15 years of experience as a team leader, supervisor, or manager in a warehouse, fulfillment center, e-commerce facility, or logistics environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and maintain discipline among a large ground team (50+staff).
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak clear English to handle qualified emails, system alerts, and reports.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (entering data, updating rows, sorting) and standard email platforms (Outlook/Gmail).
- Tech Comfort: Fast learner with barcode scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management software.
