Job Purpose To manage dealer/distributor networks, monitor aftermarket sales performance, analyze business data, implement sales policies and enhancement programs, and drive business growth through effective channel management.

Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate dealer/distributor business performance.
- Conduct business analysis and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the aftermarket sales team for effective implementation of sales strategies and policies.
- Execute and monitor aftermarket sales enhancement programs.
- Conduct dealer/distributor audits and assessments on defined performance parameters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards across the dealer network.
- Support retail sales growth through channel development and dealer relationship management.
- Analyse market trends and recommend corrective and improvement actions.

Special Knowledge / Technical Skills

- Channel Sales and Dealer/Distributor Management.
- Retail Sales Management.
- Knowledge of Aftermarket Spare Parts business and operations.
- Policy drafting and execution.




- Solid capability in MIS reporting and business data interpretation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation preparation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Automobile Industry (Sales, Service, or Spare Parts).
- Hands-on experience in Dealer and Distributor Management.
- Experience in Aftermarket Sales and Marketing.
- Exposure to channel development and retail sales operations.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Ownership of assigned tasks and accountability for outcomes.

Preferred Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, or related field.
- 7 - 11 years of relevant experience in aftermarket sales, dealer management, or channel sales within the automobile industry.
