Experience: 7+ yrs. (Recruitment or Experience in HR with decent exposure in Recruitment)
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently
- Plan & execute the client deliverables.
- Deliver on your recruitment targets and meet overall quality parameters.
- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
- Should have Team handling experience
Work from home-5 days/week Timings - 9.30 am-6.30 pm
Should have laptop
