About Be Medic AcademynBe Medic Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Online Faculty who can deliver high-quality academic content and create an engaging learning experience for students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Conduct engaging live online classes and doubt-solving sessions.
n
- Create and record high-quality video lectures for online learners.
n
- Develop course modules, presentations, study materials, notes, and assignments.
n
- Prepare MCQs, quizzes, case studies, and assessments.
n
- Research, review, and regularly update academic content based on the latest scientific evidence, guidelines, and developments.
n
- Participate in webinars, workshops, seminars, and academic sessions.
n
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and course development.
n
- Maintain high academic standards and ensure accuracy and quality of all assigned content.
n
- Complete assigned academic and content-related tasks within the given timelines.
n

Requirementsn

n
- Relevant Master’s degree or advanced qualification in the respective field.
n




- Robust subject knowledge with teaching, training, or relevant industry experience preferred.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
n
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
n
- Comfortable with online teaching, PPT creation, digital tools, and video recording.
n
- Passion for teaching and creating meaningful learning experiences for students.
n
- Strong time-management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
n
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Selection ProcessnAfter the interview, shortlisted candidates will be required to create and submit a short video lecture/demo on any relevant topic.

nThe video will be evaluated based on:

nFinal selection will be based on the interview performance as well as the submitted teaching/demo video.
