Job Summary

CogentHub is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our OneVoice Soundboard Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and flexibility to work in rotational shift schedules, including night shifts and alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining service quality.
- Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures.
- Adhere to assigned shift timings and alternate Saturday working schedules.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- International BPO / voice process experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in evening and night shifts.
- Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays as per the roster.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.




- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
