Role Summary The Onboarding Executive owns the complete journey of every new joiner at NxtWave — from the HR round and offer release, through Day-1 induction, to the 30/60/90-day settling-in period. This is a hands-on, execution-first role: the person in this seat personally drives every step of the process, coordinating across HR Operations, Leadership, L&D;, Facilities, Asset Management, and external vendors to ensure every joiner has a smooth, well-supported start.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Offer & Documentation

- Conduct HR rounds — verify payslips, bank statements, offer letters, and appraisal letters
- Negotiate salary with candidates within the company-approved CTC band
- Collect Aadhar, PAN, and other required documents to enable offer letter release
- Verify resignation acceptance emails and relieving letters

Offer Release & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with HR Operations to process and release offer letters
- Coordinate with Directors to obtain timely sign-off on offer letters

Induction & Day-1 Experience

- Coordinate with the L&D; team and Facilities team for induction arrangements
- Coordinate with the Asset team to ensure equipment is delivered on time
- Send induction communication, receive candidates on Day 1, and hand them over to their reporting managers

Vendor & Compliance Management

- Coordinate with the external background verification (BGV)



vendor and ensure BGV reports are handled with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate with accommodation vendors to ensure outstation joiners are settled before arrival

Post-Joining Experience

- Run structured 30/60/90-day pulse feedback with new joiners and drive closure on any issues raised
- Own the overall onboarding experience for every stakeholder involved — candidates, HR Operations, Directors, managers, and vendors alike

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 1+ years of in-house (not agency-side) employee onboarding experience
- Demonstrated experience personally negotiating candidate salaries, including offers up to approximately 12 LPA
- A track record of independently handling 50+ onboardings/joiners per month
- Clear, professional English communication skills — verbal and written
- Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders (Asset, Facilities, BGV vendors, accommodation vendors)
- Stable employment history, with no stint shorter than 8 months
- Personal laptop required

Preferred Qualifications

- End-to-end recruitment experience
- Operations or payment-coordination exposure
- Experience independently running employee inductions and 30/60/90-day feedback assessments
