Experience:

- 2 to 5 Years in Logistics / Dispatch / Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Plan and allocate routes for delivery vehicles to ensure effective transportation.

- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transport teams for smooth dispatch.

- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery records.

- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers or distributors.

- Monitor vehicle movement and driver schedules.

- Ensure proper packing, loading, and documentation before dispatch.

- Handle delivery issues, delays, or route changes when required.

- Maintain dispatch reports and logistics records.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred).

- Ability to handle dispatch planning and route management.
