Job Title: Pediatric Therapy Assistant / Teachers/ Art teacher/ Special Educator / Behaviour Therapist (Freshers Welcome).

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹10000 - 12000/month, depending on experience and suitability

We are looking for a Pediatric Therapy Assistant / Child Development Trainer to work alongside a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in a pediatric therapy setting.

Responsibilities

- Shadow children during therapy sessions and actively support them throughout the session
- Help children perform physical, gross-motor and functional tasks
- Assist the therapist in carrying out planned activities
- Support children with movement, transitions, attention and participation
- Help with therapy equipment setup and preparation
- Observe the child's responses and communicate observations to the therapist
- Gradually learn to handle selected activities more independently under the therapist's guidance
- Maintain safety and organization of the therapy space

Working Schedule

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM The schedule includes free/non-clinical hours between approximately 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM, when there are no scheduled cases.



These hours may be used for preparation, learning, organizing equipment and other assigned tasks.

Who we are looking for

- Candidates with a background in Behaviour Therapy, Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Good spoken English and comfortable communicating with children
- Energetic, patient and physically comfortable working with children
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Experience with children with developmental difficulties is an advantage

This is a hands-on role working directly with children. The selected candidate will receive guidance and training from the Occupational Therapist and will gradually be given more responsibility based on their ability.

A trial period will be part of the selection process.
