- Managing the nursing department: Overseeing nursing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care

- Training and educating nursing staff: Ensuring that nursing staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Working with physicians and therapists to develop and implement patient care plans

- Maintaining accurate records: Keeping accurate records of patient care and nursing department activities

- General supervision: Ensuring efficient nursing care to all patients in the hospital

- She is responsible for the General supervision of Nursing care given to the patients and all Nursing activities within the Nursing Unit.
