Planning & Review of product development activities (APQP)

PPAP for all regular & new development items.

Development of QMS at out sourcing

Ensure availability of Skill Matrix and Competence Mapping of Team Members, Gap Analysis and Training Arrangements

Pro-Actively Work on Risk and Opportunity Analysis and Mitigation Plan accordingly

Monitoring & Analysis of Functional Objectives/Process Measures taking appropriate actions to improve them (In the concern Department)

Pro-Actively Work on Risk and Prospect Analysis and Mitigation Plan accordingly

Ensure availability of Skill Matrix and Competence Mapping of Team Members, Gap Analysis and Training Arrangements

Preferred candidate profile

Any Technical degree/Diploma Candidate with sound knowledge of Sheet Metal New product Development with a minimum experience of atleast 8 years

Knowledge of 3D software like Solid edge
