Role Description

- Develop and generate new business opportunities in the Shrink Sleeve and Label Printing segment.
- Should have strong understanding of Shrink Sleeve, BOPP Labels and Flexible Packaging/Label Printing .
- Identify potential customers, build relationships, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, volumes, pricing and delivery expectations.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure timely resolution of commercial and service-related concerns.




- Independently handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and order closure .
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and other functions to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue and new customer acquisition targets .
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer data and regular MIS/reporting.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Sales & Marketing or equivalent Management qualification.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Shrink Sleeve Printing / Label Printing .
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert opportunities into business.
- Should be capable of independently closing deals and managing key customer relationships .
