-Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer with deep expertise to deploy, manage, and optimize enterprise networks. The role focuses on ensuring secure, high-performance Wi-Fi connectivity across HQ, MH, and Darkstore locations while supporting business growth and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Administer enterprise firewalls such as Cisco Systems, Fortinet, SRX and good command on Juniper Networks.

Manage, Configure, implement core networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers.

Oversee VPN, leased lines, broadband, and ISP connectivity.

Manage new solutions and improve Network Workplace at Darkstores, Motherhubs

Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, Develop DR (Disaster Recovery) and BCP (Business Continuity) network plans

Integrate WLAN with LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, and HA setups

Act as escalation point for major incidents and chronic wireless issues Define SOPs, monitoring KPIs, and proactive alerting for wireless health

Lead vendor engagement, hardware selection, and PoCs





Mentor junior engineers and review designs and configurations

Drive standardization and scalability across hundreds of retail/warehouse sites

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of wireless security, segmentation, and access control models

Solid networking fundamentals: VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, QoS

Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Ekahau, Zabbix, Wireshark, vendor tools)

Preferred Qualifications

CCNA / CCNP or equivalent

Experience managing multi-vendor or hybrid WLAN environments Experience

5-6 + years of experience in Networking, with significant exposure to Ecomm/Retail or warehouse environments

Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator Soft Skills & Leadership

Strong ownership mindset and decision-making ability

Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Ability to communicate clearly with operations, vendors, and leadership, Excellent verbal, written, and communication

Experience leading designs, reviews, and technical discussions

Ability to mentor and upskill team members
