Essential Job Functions:

- Develop applications using .NET Core, C#, Web API

- Build cloud‐native solutions leveraging Azure App Services, Functions, APIM, Key Vault, Storage

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

- Apply AI techniques and tools (Copilot, AI‐driven testing, AI‐assisted design/documentation)

- Integrate with Azure SQL, optimize queries, and use EF Core

- Ensure secure coding practices using Azure AD, RBAC, Managed Identities

- Configure observability using App Insights for monitoring and alerting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer supporting enterprise applications and integrations built on Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.

- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and REST APIs.

- Practical experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Storage (Blob and Tables).





- Experience in application support and monitoring, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and SLA Management.

- Strong understanding of DevOps and release management, including Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, YAML pipelines, and release deployments.

- Hands-on experience with Git, Azure Repos, and GitHub for source and version control.

- Experience supporting and troubleshooting REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP APIs.

- Practical experience with SFTP, FTPS, file processing, and file transfer monitoring.

- Experience troubleshooting SMTP and email integration issues.

- Solid experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL, including database troubleshooting and data validation.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Splunk.

- Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and automation to development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and support workflows.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot application, integration, cloud, database, and connectivity issues.

- Experience working with enterprise applications while maintaining SLA, availability, performance,



and operational support standards.
