Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, development, and deployment of .NET applications.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.
- Architect solutions using .NET Core, React, Web APIs, and cloud-native designs.
- Analyze performance and drive optimization efforts.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure code.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of skilled experience with the .NET stack.
- Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, React, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with microservices and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
