.NET Backend Developer (4 - 8 Years)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Backend Developer with strong expertise in C# .NET and modern cloud-native backend development. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-based applications. You will work closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure operational excellence in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# .NET/.NET Core.
- Build and enhance REST APIs and gRPC services for distributed applications.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures deployed on AWS.
- Work with containerized applications using Amazon ECS/EKS and Docker.
- Implement event-driven and asynchronous processing using SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Design and optimize database solutions across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Octopus Deploy.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to on-call/support rotations.
- Utilize observability tools such as Grafana Cloud, Coralogix, and PagerDuty for monitoring, alerting, and incident management.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and track deliverables through Jira.
- Ensure software quality through best practices in OOP, SOLID principles, testing,



and code maintainability.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

1. Must Have :

- 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in C# .NET / .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and gRPC services.
- Strong knowledge of one or more relational databases :
- SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Experience with messaging/queuing platforms :
- RabbitMQ
- Kafka
- AWS SQS/SNS
- Exposure to AWS cloud services and distributed systems.
- Experience with Git-based source control platforms such as Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with production support, troubleshooting, and observability practices.

2. Good to Have :

- Experience with AWS ECS/EKS and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Octopus Deploy.
- Experience working with DynamoDB.
- Understanding of batch processing and scheduled job frameworks.
- Experience in high-availability, large-scale distributed systems.

- Production support and incident management experience is highly valued.
