Careers360 is looking for NEET PG Counsellors to join our Counselling Services Team .

Experienced professionals and freshers are both welcome to apply!

What We’re Looking For

✅ Prior experience in NEET PG / Medical Admission Counselling is preferred, but freshers with a solid understanding of the medical field are also encouraged to apply .

✅ Candidates with a background in MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, Diploma, DNB, MDS , or related medical/dental qualifications.

✅ Good understanding of NEET PG counselling, specialisations, colleges, seat matrix, quotas, and admission processes .

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to understand students’ requirements and provide clear, accurate, and practical guidance .

✅ Comfortable interacting with students and parents through 1:1 counselling sessions, calls, and online meetings .

✅ Willingness to learn, stay updated, and work in a rapid-paced counselling environment.





Key Responsibilities

? Guide students and parents throughout the NEET PG counselling and admission process .

? Help students understand college options, specialisations, fees, quotas, and admission procedures .

? Provide personalised guidance based on rank, preferences, budget, and career goals .

? Assist students with choice filling and college selection .

? Handle counselling-related queries and provide timely support.

? Build strong relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
