- Lead Pan-India IT placement and employer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with large IT companies, mid-sized organizations, and IT startups for fresher hiring.
- Develop placement and employer engagement strategies across multiple locations.
- Track IT hiring trends and identify emerging employment opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of industry-relevant courses and skill programs.
- Manage employer and stakeholder relationships, negotiations, and placement-related discussions.
• Lead and manage large placement teams across locations

- Strong background in IT placement and employer engagement.
- Established relationships with IT companies and startups for fresher hiring.
