nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for an experienced qualified to lead government empanelment and panel operations across our hospital network. The role will manage new government tie-ups, existing panel relationships, renewals, claims and timely payment recovery across locations.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n- Identify eligible Central Government, State Government, PSU and other government-backed healthcare panels for each hospital.

n- Manage empanelment applications, documentation, inspections, approvals and agreements.

n- Build and maintain relationships with government departments and panel authorities.

n- Review panel rates, treatment packages and payment terms with management.

n- Ensure timely renewals and adherence to panel requirements.

n- Coordinate with hospital heads, clinical teams,



billing and finance for patient authorisations, accurate documentation and timely claim submission.

n- Resolve claim queries, rejections, deductions and payment disputes.

n- Lead payment follow-ups, reconciliation and recovery of overdue amounts.

n- Train and supervise panel coordinators across hospital locations.

n- Monitor panel-wise admissions, revenue, collections and outstanding payments.

n- Maintain a central tracker of empanelments, renewals, pending claims and recovery status for management review.

nCandidate Requirements

n- 10–15 years of experience in hospital government empanelment, panel operations and collections.

n- Previous leadership experience managing multiple hospitals or regions.

n- Proven track record of securing government empanelments and recovering outstanding payments.

n- Strong knowledge of hospital billing, claims processing, panel agreements and documentation.

n- Strong negotiation, relationship management, follow-up and team leadership skills.

n- Willingness to travel across India.

n- Experience with Ayurveda/AYUSH hospital empanelment will be preferred.

nQualification

nGraduate in any discipline. MBA, Master of Hospital Administration or a related postgraduate qualification preferred.
