Position : SAP EWM Consultant

Relevant Experience: 6-8 Years

Location : Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Pune / Mumbai / Recent Delhi

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Skill: Minimum 2 end to end EWM Green Field Implementations

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and AMS engagements. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and cross-functional SAP teams to design, configure, test, and deploy warehouse management solutions. The candidate should possess strong domain knowledge in warehousing processes and hands-on SAP EWM configuration experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Expertise

- Analyse business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap workshops.
- Design and document warehouse business processes.
- Prepare Business Process Documents (BPD), Functional Specifications, and

Configuration Documents.

- Conduct solution design workshops with business users.

SAP EWM Configuration

- Warehouse Structure o Warehouse Number o Storage Types o Storage Sections o Storage Bins o Activity Areas
- Master Data Integration o Material Master o Packaging Specification o Business Partners o Batch Management
- Inbound Processes o ASN Processing o Goods Receipt o Putaway Strategies o Quality Inspection Integration o Cross Docking
- Outbound Processes o Picking o Packing o Staging o Shipping o Goods Issue
- Internal Warehouse Processes o Replenishment o Internal Movements o Stock Transfers o Physical Inventory o Cycle Counting
- Labor and Resource Management (preferred)
- RF Framework and Mobile Transactions
- EWM Monitor Configuration

Integration Responsibilities

Work closely with: SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP TM

Testing & Deployment

- Prepare Functional Specifications.
- Support RICEFW developments.
- Execute Unit Testing and SIT.




- Support UAT and defect resolution.
- Prepare Cutover Plans.
- Support Go-Live and Hypercare activities.

AMS / Support Activities

- Incident Management.
- Service Request Handling.
- Change Request Implementation.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- User Training and Documentation.

Technical Skills - Mandatory

- SAP EWM Configuration Experience.
- S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
- Decentralized EWM Knowledge.
- Warehouse Process Types.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
